On the Program

This week Pete and I started introductory week 1 of a 36 week training program for the Woodlands race. I am trying not to be frustrated at my lack of speed and endurance from my long leisurly summer. There is much work to do and I am very excited to get back into the groove of a regular workout schedule. Today I stumbled across a quote for some running motivation:
